What we do with your transaction history
When you submit an order for products or services using this website, you agree that Brent Lodge may store and process your personal information for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
How long your transaction history is retained for
We may also hold details of your transaction offline for as long as is necessary to comply with the law (for example, for tax and auditing purposes), and for as long as is deemed to be in the legitimate interests of the organisation.
Your rights to view and request changes to your transaction history
You have the ability to view your transaction history on this live website for so long as it is retained on this website. Transaction history would not usually be held on the live website for longer than 1 month following the date of completion of the transaction. Transaction history may be held in secure ‘non-live’ website backups for a period of 6 months following the date of deletion from the live website.
You have the right to request that we provide held transaction history to you, or to request changes to any inaccurate information. Please email all such requests to firstname.lastname@example.org
Who else has access to your transaction history
We will not seek to disclose your transaction history to any third-party outside of our organisation unless that is lawful and necessary. If you pay online, your personal information would be sent to the payment gateway provider – for example, PayPal, Stripe or GoCardless.
Your transaction details and/or other personal information may be accessible to third party service suppliers, or technical support contractors and consultants, who are working on our website. Where necessary and appropriate, a GDPR Data Processing Agreement would be in place.
