Always telephone us before bringing wildlife casualties to the Hospital so that we can give you advice on the best course of action for the welfare of the bird or animal. We do not have a vet on site at all times.

WE ARE VERY BUSY AT TIMES
To keep costs down we do not employ full time admin staff to answer phones or respond to email enquiries. At times we cannot respond as quickly as we would wish. Bear with us - we will get back to you when staff or volunteers are able to respond. We feel sure you will understand that our patients must come first and in busy seasons we have limited staffing.

DONATIONS AND FUNDRAISING ENQUIRIES
If you have kindly organised a fundraiser or would like to discuss how best to send funds please complete the contact form or call the office on 01243 641672 opt 1 and leave your name, email address and a brief message. You can make donations via our bank and follow up with a message and someone will get back to you to acknowledge your generosity.
